Interior inspections focus on visible conditions and system functionality, including: 

• Check That the Security System is Functioning
• Check Fire, Smoke, and Carbon Monoxide Alarms and Replace Batteries as Needed
• Inspect for Vandalism or Break-in
• Inspect for Obvious Pest Presence or Insect Infestation
• Run Water in Sinks and Baths, and Visually Check Under Sinks
• Run the Garbage Disposal if Applicable
• Check Appliances, Cycle Dishwasher, and Washing Machine Monthly
• Check Windows and Doors for Visible Damage or Leaks
• Check Lights and Ceiling Fans
• Check the Breaker Box and Panel for Tripped Breakers
• Check Water Heater and Water Softener Systems, if Applicable
• Inspect Air Filters
• Adjust Light Timers if Applicable
• Check Rooms for Signs of Visible Moisture
• Reset Clocks and Appliances After Power Outages
• Verify Thermostat Operation and Seasonal Temperature Settings.
• Perform a Smell Test in the Pantry, Refrigerator, and Freezer
• Check Refrigerator, Freezer, and Wine Cellar Temperatures
• Check Visible Pipes for Signs of Leaks
• Run Sinks and Showers to Maintain Seals and Prevent Odors
• Flush Toilets and Check for Visible Leaks at the Base

During each visit, exterior areas of the property are visually inspected for obvious issues, including:

• Bring All Mail and Packages Inside
• Remove Junk Mail and Flyers From the Mailbox and Entry Areas
• Monitor Landscaping Conditions
• Perform a Visual Inspection of the Exterior for Obvious Issues
• Check for Drainage or Erosion Issues and Clean Drain Boxes if Clogged
• Check Doors and Windows for Visible Signs of Break-in or Leaks
• Inspect for Vandalism
• Inspect for Obvious Insect Infestation or Pest Presence
• Check the Pool and Spa for Obvious Issues
• Inspect the Pool Cage and Dock for Visible Damage
• Visually Inspect the Boat, if Applicable.
• Check That the Requested Lights and Equipment Are Turned Off
• Check for Visible Wind or Water Damage
• Observe the Condition of Landscaping, Plants, and Trees
• Turn on and Test Exterior Lighting
• Visually Inspect the Roof, Chimney, Fascia, and Gutters From the Ground
• Check Docks, Porches, and Fire Pits
• Visually Inspect Boat Lifts, Boats, and Personal Watercraft

We act as a liaison and keyholder for approved service providers by meeting, granting access, and chaperoning vendors at your property, including:

• Automotive and Boat Detailing
• Pressure Washing
• Lawn Care Coordination
• Gutter Cleanouts
• Painting Services
• HVAC Services
• Carpet and Rug Cleaning
• Pest Control
• Additional Services Upon Request

Arrival services are available upon request to help prepare your home before you return:

• Bring in Mail and Trash Cans
• Uncover or Set Out Outdoor Furniture
• Turn on Water if Applicable
• Turn on Interior and Exterior Lights as Requested
• Remove Boat or PWC Covers and Check Battery Health
• Start and Run Vehicles in the Garage for Two Minutes if Requested
• Carry Canoes, Kayaks, and Water Equipment From Home to the Dock.
• Add or Remove Cushion Covers Based on the Season
